April 1st : Steams and rivers, West Branch of  the Penobscott River below Ripogenus Dam, and West Outlet

May 1st : Moosehead Lake, East Outlet (Don’t forget to get your Rule Book - you can not fish Moosehead Lake above the dam until May1st)
